i know that you are "just a couple of blokes ****ing about", but I am curious as to how much forethought and planning went into Binky BEFORE you fired up the grinders?  It can't all be on the fly engineering, can it?

Thanks for all of the time and effort you have put into this project so far. Most entertaining and informative!

If you look back to when the tunnel was the same size as gear stick mounting I think there has been a LOT of planning that has gone into this project

Richard has mentioned more than once in his voice-over-land comments that there seems to be lot of forethought in this project. But even the best laid plans rarely survive fully intact an encounter with reality.
