I came across this Cargo on the interweb and spotted an aero improvement that the library bus simply must have: Yep - go faster aero kit. I'm not sure whether the screen shade contributes a great deal of downforce but the front dam is surely a must have. Kirk

If I post this clickbait topic title, do you think it will tempt Episode 39 out of the ether?

Forsh · Forsh

Well it seems like we'll have to wait till the next episode to see the fancy gauges with Richards new found Arduino skills and 3D printed circuit boards No doubt they do it in way to be suitably understandable for the masses whilst being adequately nerdy with a sprinkling of BOM humour! or Episode 39 - "...

Hi all, Had a browse through the forum and seen lots of comments saying it's on its last legs and thought 'what better time to join?!' First came across BOM and Bibky a couple of years ago so was lucky in the sense I got a massive binge watch at the start. Looking forward to Ep 39 now. Hope you are all well...

I noticed a part in the engine bay above the AC pump with a water hose and small filtered air intake, what is this component? I waited to post this question after episode 37 because I though it may covered in there. I know there is a another episode on the Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb event coming up so it could...

Just back from the festival, what a great day! Highly recommend it as a day out. I have to admit though, that the main reason I made the long journey was because Binky, Nik and Richard were going to be there. Having only ever seen them on YouTube, I didn’t quite believe they were real. And, Having watched t...

Hi all, Just signed up so I can share a little project I've been working on... Also just as a warning, I may not get on here to update this very often, but I will try my best. HNY folks. I notice that none of us predicted that Ep 37 would be mostly about brakes. Any predictions for the theme of Episode 38? I figure that we haven't yet got to driving (which is what happened at or shortly before Weston Park) so it may just take us up to there. I'm hoping for a bit more interior. Must...

Can anyone tell me what episode it was (IIRC) that Nik fabbed up an oil seal puller that carefully drove out the seal from the inside. I think he used 3 washers around a bolt. I have a similar situation and don't want to damage the part. Thanks!

Kirk · Kirk

This is a tricky one for me, as it's rather the sum of its component parts - all of which seem to have involved some or other little compromise given the ridiculous space constraints. At the moment, I'm going with the forward firewall. I could have just have easily said the intercooler or the front strut...

Is it too early to start this? I mean, Binky is not quite finished yet, is it?

i give it 2 months after the car is finally on the road. Those paddle clutches are god awful things for a road car. Project Binky - YouTube you only have to see getting it off the trailer they are not user friendly. Be absolutely fine if it was just a rally car as you light the tyres anyway.

So Binky is unveiled! First public debut at Weston Park And here are some post Ep.36 pics from BOM Instagram... Anyone At Weston today feel free to show us some more!

Being a parent of small children, I'm surprised no isofix anchors were added to the build to take the girls for a drive. Hope I'm not too late with the suggestion.

Well the Paint colour guessing game is done and dusted and it turns out they just painted Binks the same colour as before... But with a subtle twist So we assume they fitted longer wheel studs to the hubs to facilitate alloys - But which ones? I'm thinking Nick will pay homage to the originals [above] a...
