Question, In the States driving a truck with air-brakes requires as far as I can tell a "Class A" operators permit or CDL (Commercial Drivers License) with an "Air-brake Endorsement". Is the same true in England? Did the Lads just shoot themselves in the foot with the axle/air-brake swap?

Lots of rules different over here! A Commercial Drivers License here is also based on vehicle weight, number of axles, etc. and some states add even more restrictions, IE. overall length, number of trailers, etc.

I'll have to re-watch the video this weekend. I was under the impression that they had replaced a "vacuum assisted hydraulic drum-brake system" with an "air actuated disc-brake system" IE Air-brakes.
