Hi guys!

Just got got my mini mot'd after a 10 year restoration... Passed first time without any advisories!

it started life as a 998cc city, which is now a 1275 stage 1 with fibreglass clubman front, fibreglass custom dash, 12x6 mambas and bright orange paint, still a few things to do cosmetically until it looks the part. (Vinyl wrap frontend, buff paint etc)

Love watching your progress and the magnificent work you do!

Attached a few pictures that I've got to hand, plus an original photo of how I bought him.

So, it got insured and taxed on Tuesday, went out for a drive and found the clutch is slipping like a bitch.

Stripped down yesterday and well, it's toast to put it nicely.

Off to Somerford Mini tomorrow for a new clutch and flywheel assembly. Boo.

Gorgeous! I wanted to convert my mini 1000 to a clubman front end but I stumbled upon some front end panels and a couple a panels for almost free!
was it a pain to put the front on?
